Ingredients
- 4-6 medium prawns (peel off shell)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- Finely shredded garlic
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (optional)
- Olive oil or other oil
Cooking Method
- Preheat the wok. Pour and spread the oil around wok.
- Put in the shredded garlic and fry till it is golden brown.
- Pour in the prawns and fry till they are almost cooked.
- Pour in the egg paste and add salt to taste. Spread the prawns over the egg and let them stay in position.
- Flip over the egg and fry on the other side till it is golden brown.
- Garnish the omelette with black pepper. It is now ready to serve.
Comments: This is the easier dish ever and it is very hard to go wrong. Make sure the prawns are fresh or else it is very easily detectable. Serve together with stir fried vegetables and a bowl of rice and a healthy set of meal is complete!
