Ingredients
Carrots, chopped
2-3 pieces
Onions, sliced
2 pieces
Tomatoes, chopped
2 pieces
Potatoes, chopped
2 pieces
Pork spareribs, chopped
150 grams
Sweetcorn (Optional)
1-2 pieces
Celery, chopped (Optional)
1 stalk
Salt
2 1/2 teaspoons
Water
500 ml (or make sure the water level is slightly more than enough to submerge all the food ingredients)
Cooking method
- Wash and boiled the pork spareribs for approx 5 minutes.
- Drained the pork spareribs and leave it aside.
- Add in water into a new saucepan to boil.
- Add in salt.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, including the pork spareribs, to boil.
- When the water is boiled, turn off the heat to small flames.
- Heat for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours before serving.
