Pan-fried Salmon Fillet

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

Salmon Fillet

Garlic, chopped
2 cloves

Rice wine
2 tablespoons

Oil

Cooking method
  1. Pour the rice wine over the salmon fillet and marinate for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Preheat the frying pan.
  3. Add in oil and garlic.
  4. Add in the marinated salmon fillet.
  5. Cooked for about 15 minutes, and keep turning the fillet over till it is slight golden brown.
Comments: I cooked mine with a big fire and hence it kinda burnt the salmon fillet. So watch out to the flame! :)
