Salmon Fillet
Garlic, chopped
2 cloves
Rice wine
2 tablespoons
Oil
Cooking method
- Pour the rice wine over the salmon fillet and marinate for 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat the frying pan.
- Add in oil and garlic.
- Add in the marinated salmon fillet.
- Cooked for about 15 minutes, and keep turning the fillet over till it is slight golden brown.
