- 6 mid-joint chicken wings.
- Spring onion (optional).
Sauce Mix
- Premium (thick) soya sauce (100ml).
- Water (400ml).
- Ginger (5g), sliced.
- Rice wine (2 tsp).
- Sugar (1 tbsp).
Cooking Method.
- Pour in sauce mix into the saucepan.
- Place the chicken wings in the sauce mix and marinade for about 5 minutes.
- Heat up the saucepan with the chicken wings in it for 20 minutes.
- Serve with sprinkled spring onion as desired.
